The website provides general information about our game-show services and equipment hire. We take reasonable care with the content, but event requirements vary and website information is not a confirmed booking or a substitute for a written quote.
Quotes and availability
Availability, package scope, travel, freight, accommodation, additional shows, extended hours and venue-specific requirements are confirmed in a written quote.
A booking is not confirmed merely by submitting an enquiry. Confirmation occurs under the acceptance, contract and payment arrangements set out in the final quote or booking documents.
Package responsibilities
Each written quote identifies what we supply and what the client, venue or venue AV provider supplies. Unless stated in the package, the client supplies room speakers, projectors, screens, prizes, suitable stage space and venue services.
Custom physical branding is sourced through an external supplier and is separate from standard package inclusions. Equipment-only Red Buzzer Hire conditions are confirmed for the particular collection, delivery and return arrangement.
Intellectual property and links
Website text, visual design, logos and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows. Third-party names, trade marks and linked services remain the responsibility of their owners.
