What we need from you

A good brief makes a better game.

We will guide you through the details, but these three inputs give us what we need to recommend and prepare the show.

01

Your event brief

Date, venue, guest numbers, audience profile, timing, goals and the style of event you are creating.

02

Your custom material

Company questions, answer choices, names, themes and any supplied screen graphics required for your chosen format.

03

Your venue AV

Suitable speakers with XLR inputs, power, clear stage space and—where the format needs it—a projector and screen.

Compare the shows
How many people can take part?

That depends on the format. The Quiz Show uses one player at each compact console. Classic allows one to three players behind each of three full podiums, while The Feud Show is built around two larger teams. Audience members can also rotate between rounds.

Can you include questions about our company?

Yes. Hosted packages can include up to 20 company-specific questions. We will explain the preferred format and deadline so the material works cleanly in the show.

Do you supply speakers and projectors?

No. The client, venue or venue AV provider supplies the room sound system and any projector or screen required. We supply and operate the game-show equipment listed in your package.

Can the podiums be branded?

Custom physical branding can be arranged through an external supplier and is quoted separately. It is not a standard package inclusion.

Do you travel outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane?

Yes. We have units based in all three cities and can service events Australia-wide. Travel, freight and accommodation requirements are confirmed in your quote.

Are prizes included?

No. Clients supply any prizes they would like to award. We are happy to advise when they should be presented.

Can I hire equipment without a host?

Red Buzzer Hire is specifically designed for equipment-only events. If you are interested in a self-run version of The Quiz Show consoles, ask us about the venue, dates and operating requirements.
