Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable format, prepare a quote, manage a booking, deliver the requested service, protect the website and understand how the site is used.
Sending an event enquiry does not add you to a generic marketing list. If we offer optional marketing communications, we will provide a clear way to opt out.
Services that help us process enquiries
Website enquiries are routed through our Gig Brainz enquiry and customer-management system and delivered to the Game Shows Australia team. The person submitting the form may also receive an acknowledgement email.
We also use service providers for website hosting, email, security and analytics, including Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
Storage, access and correction
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business administration, dispute handling and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
